Within the warranty period, Korweld will repair or replace any warranted parts or components that fail due to such defects in material and workmanship. KORWELD, Inc. (the Company) warrants the following units with the terms and conditions below :

 

 

Warranty Coverage : 

  1. Visible serial number in the unit

  2. Client must provide a copy of invoice or proof of purchase that indicates the serial number and details of the unit

  3. Warranty will be covered only by authorized Korweld Service Centers only

  4. The warranty covers both spare parts and determined labor as stated above. 

 

Not Covered :

  1. Accessories and Consumables

  2. Defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installment, unauthorized alterations or repair or improper testing.

  3. Transportation charges for sending the product to its authorized service center

 

Warranty Claim Process

 

Within the warranty period, Korweld will repair or replace any warranted parts or components that fail due to such defects in material and workmanship.

The client must contact KORWELD INC (see contact details below) within the warranty period about any defect claimed under this warranty. The purchaser must bring the machine to Korweld authorized Service Center at his own cost. 

Korweld will determine whether the unit is covered by warranty. All repairs must be done only inside authorized Service Center. Korweld's option on warranty claims : (a) repair, (b) replacement (c) in case unit is not covered by warranty, must have approved cost of repair.
